Tenderize meat quickly and easily with the Weston 07-3101-W-A meat tenderizer with a motor attachment! Use this meat tenderizer on tough cuts of meat to give them a softer, more succulent texture. Not only will your steaks and roasts be easier to chew, but they will also absorb marinades better and require less cooking time. The Weston tenderizer takes the hard work out of tenderizing your meat; instead of hefting a heavy mallet, you simply turn on the motor and feed the meat inside the tenderizer, where stainless steel blades create tiny cuts in the muscle fibers.
This tenderizer features 31 stainless steel blades that are designed to slice through the toughest portions of meat. Use cuts of beef, chicken, or pork that are up to 1 1/4" thick. Use the included tongs to feed your cuts of meat into the chute, protecting your fingers from the sharp, interior blades. The stainless steel combs will prevent the meat from wrapping around the blades and getting caught. The base of the tenderizer easily mounts to your table or countertop with the included c-clamps for greater stability. When the job is done, the unit can be easily removed for cleaning.
This unit is made of cast aluminum with a food-grade coating for providing long-lasting durability. The motor attachment can take the place of the included hand crank, letting you work through large batches of meat at a time, and the two leg design allows for increased stability. Featuring a two-piece housing, the tenderizer is easy to disassemble at the end of the night. Hand wash all parts in soapy water and dry immediately. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
