This tenderizer features 31 stainless steel blades that are designed to slice through the toughest portions of meat. Use cuts of beef, chicken, or pork that are up to 1 1/4" thick. The stainless steel combs will prevent meat from wrapping around the blades and getting caught
The Weston tenderizer is constructed of cast aluminum with a food-grade coating for providing long-lasting durability. The heavy duty crank lets you work through large batches of meat at a time, and the two leg design allows for increased stability.
