It can even hold a taco, which helps you control and maintain consistent topping usage.

A durable, high-impact resistant casing stands up to the daily demands of your food service operation . The Edlund E-160 FF portion scale is portable too! It can be powered by either a 120V AC adapter (included) or a 9V DC battery (sold separately). A large, easy to read LCD readout helps reduce portioning errors.
