The Edlund E-160 IC digital portion scale features a 5 7/8" x 6 3/4" removable stainless steel platform with a convenient ice cream cone stand. The ice cream cone stand has two slots sized to accommodate sugar cones or cake cup cones.

Just scoop your ice cream right onto the cone! The scale's large, easy to read LCD readout lets you monitor scoop size, helping you provide a consistent product and reduce waste.
