Sheet dough balls up to 17" in diameter for pie crusts, pizzas, calzones, pita bread and more to a uniform thickness quickly and easily with the two stage Doyon countertop dough roller sheeter. Its ergonomic design enables a single operator to make up to 250 pieces per hour, while its compact countertop size makes it ideal for operations with limited space.

A heavy duty maintenance free 1/2 hp motor and sealed, permanently lubricated ball bearings ensure years of trouble free operation. This maintenance free drive mechanism is isolated from the roller area for sanitary operation. Stainless steel removable spring loaded scrapers remove easily for cleaning, while the plastic rollers help eliminate dough buildup.

The Doyon double pass countertop dough roller sheeter is ETL and ETL sanitation listed and requires a 120V electrical connection.
