Create premium smoked entrees with the 10 lb. smokehouse! This simple front-load smokehouse includes four racks, a drip tray, and a wood chip pan to give you all the equipment you need to start smoking racks of ribs, cuts of fish, or bushels of vegetables.
This smokehouse is capable of adding a rich flavor to bacon, ham steaks, poultry, and more in about an hour, depending on weather conditions. It can also cure fish, jerky, sausage, and other similar foods for preservation in 12 to 24 hours. Its lightweight aluminum structure includes a convenient handle on top so that the whole unit can easily be moved from storage to the outdoors, and the interior wood chip pan safely holds burning fuel and ash. For easy access and food preparation, this portable smokehouse comes with a lift-off door.
